Whether you are considering making contact, actively searching, preparing for a first meeting, or already in reunion and finding it confusing, overwhelming, disappointing, or emotionally intense, this program helps you navigate the process with greater clarity and support.

    You’ll learn how to move through the different phases of reunion—including preparation, engagement, initial contact, and the evolving relationship afterward—with intention, boundaries, and realistic expectations, while staying grounded in your own emotional needs and wellbeing.

    Understanding the Adoptee Journey: for anyone who loves an adopted person and for families considering adoption
    Consultation to help you deepen your understanding of the adoptee experience, including identity, loss, attachment, and the lifelong impact of adoption. With increased awareness and insight, you’ll be better equipped to show up in ways that foster connection, validation, and meaningful support.

    Writing a Pivotal Life Story: 6-Session Coaching Program
    This six-session program guides you in identifying, shaping, and writing a pivotal true-life story while helping you find clarity in your voice, themes, and lived experience. Through structured reflection and narrative work, you’ll create a 3,000–6,000 word story that integrates insight, meaning, and a path forward.
